 About shipping

1. After I placed my order, when will I receive the tracking number ?

Your order will be shipped 1-3 working days after the payment confirmation. You will receive your tracking number 24h-48h after the shipment.

Make sure the email/ phone number are correct & check if the e-mail arrived in undesirables (spams)

2. I can't track my order / the tracking displays "unknown" or "invalid". What should I do?

If your tracking is not recognized when you just receive it, it is normal. It can take up to 3 working days to be a valid tracking. 

Please note: If your order is lost by the carrier, you will receive a total refund.

3. If I’m outside France, do I have to pay extra fees (VAT) ?

You don’t have to pay VAT (import tax) if you live in E.U & DOM-TOM.

 

If you live in another country, the standard shipping is generally not taxed, 99% of our packages are not concerned but it’s recommended to check import tax rules of your country.

1. Are the products new?

Sk vintage offers second hand vintage clothes,it means that clothes are already worn. Then they’re sorted, washed and disinfected through a special process.

Each description mentions visibles defaults when there are some. 

Vintage items might have some signs of wear.

2. Are the branded products authentic?

WE ONLY SELL AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS

The sale of counterfeit products is forbidden, that's why most of the time the authenticity of an item is always proved by a certificate, box or serial number or labels. If you want more information about the authenticity of a product, please contact us!

3 - How to be sure to choose the right size ?

Each vintage garment is unique, its size can sometimes vary depending on the country, era, etc. Check our pictures on models, and measurements of the item on the description!

4. What countries do we deliver to? What are the delivery times and methods?

We ship worldwide from Paris, France.
Delivery prices starts from 2,99€ and we have 24hrs fast delivery available for almost all countries. Prices & delivery time are variables according to the countries and the delivery method chosen.
